
RA residents submitting an annual income declaration RA citizens must submit their annual income declaration through the Unified System of Electronic Services for Individuals: https://self-portal.taxservice.am/
The system operates both in web and Self Portal mobile application versions.

If you are a RA citizen, in order to submit an annual income declaration, you need:
STEP 1. Have an identification card (ID Card). o If you do not yet have an identification card, you can obtain it at the territorial offices of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
STEP 2. Activate the electronic signature and proceed with personal identification by choosing one of the following 2 options: a) Via mobile phone (mID): o Visit any service center of your or other preferred mobile operator with your identification card to replace the SIM card and activate the mID service. o Activate the electronic signature with the operator’s support or independently through payment terminals, or by visiting the ekeng.am website.
b) With an identification card containing an electronic carrier (eID). o Activation with this option is possible only with identification cards containing an electronic carrier (chip) (ID Card), issued before February 15, 2023, with PIN and PUK codes (the presence of codes is mandatory). A card reader is required for activation (you can purchase it from “EKENG” CJSC at ekeng.am). o Activate the card and receive an electronic signature by visiting ekeng.am.
STEP 3. Register with the tax authority and receive a VAT number. TIN can be obtained in the Unified System of Electronic Services for Individuals by visiting the link:
STEP 4. Submit the annual declaration through the website self-portal.taxservice.am. The system is available both in the web version and through the mobile application. It can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by typing Self Portal in the search field. STEP 5. Pay taxes and receive compensation for social expenses (if any).
If you are a foreign citizen
STEP 1. Register with the tax authority and receive a TIN. Foreign citizens can obtain a TIN in paper form by submitting an application, a copy of their passport and a public service number (PSN), if available, to any SRC taxpayer service department, or electronically by sending the specified documents to the email address [email protected].
STEP 2. After receiving your TIN, submit an application for access to the “Unified System of Electronic Services for Individuals” in paper or electronic form.
STEP 3. Create your “Username” and “Password”.
STEP 4. Submit your annual tax return via self-portal.taxservice.am.
